Oct 2005: ACCPAC Plus Payroll Discontinued as of September 30, 2006

ACCPAC Plus Payroll users have recently been advised that Sage Software will be moving their ACCPAC Plus (DOS) payroll program to the list of discontinued products as of July 1, 2006. To read the Sage/ACCPAC announcement, click here.

PayDirt Payroll Imports ACCPAC Plus Payroll Data

As an ACCPAC Plus user you will also be happy to know that PayDirt Payroll can import and convert your ACCPAC data, including all employee profile information (address, SIN, tax settings, etc.), all employee year to date payroll information, and all employee ROE information. This will allow you to print full-history ROEs immediately following conversion without having to reference ACCPAC Plus for payroll history, and also to print T4s at year end without having to reference your ACCPAC Plus data.

Canadian Payments Association Mandates New Cheque Formats as of January 1, 2007

PayDirt Payroll already conforms to the new cheque specifications required by all banks as of January 1, 2007. User will be able to print to pre-printed cheque forms or to blank cheque forms as per the guidelines issued earlier this year.
